References in these terms and conditions to "MORTGAGERIOT.COM" (or "we", "us" or "our") refer to the company operating MORTGAGERIOT.COM, see the Corporate Information section below for more details.

1. Access and Use
MORTGAGERIOT.COM is split into three sections. Areas that are: (1) accessible to all; (2) accessible to registered users; and (3) accessible to approved subscribers.
Permitted Use: All MORTGAGERIOT.COM content belongs to MORTGAGERIOT.COM or its licensors. MORTGAGERIOT.COM or its licensors own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights) in the MORTGAGERIOT.COM Content and any selection or arrangement of the MORTGAGERIOT.COM Content. . may display a MORTGAGERIOT.COM logo (read our display guidelines here) but must not otherwise use any MORTGAGERIOT.COM trade marks without permission from MORTGAGERIOT.COM;

. may not remove, distort or otherwise alter the size or appearance of the logo;

It is for you to satisfy yourself as to the suitability, integrity and reliability of all Lenders whose Advertisements are published by MORTGAGERIOT.COM. Lenders are third parties over which MORTGAGERIOT.COM has no control and no liability will be accepted by MORTGAGERIOT.COM in relation to the acts of a Lenders or your relationship with a Lenders. MORTGAGERIOT.COM's liability is also limited in accordance with Section 5 above. Accordingly, you agree that MORTGAGERIOT.COM shall have no liability to you that you may incur as a result of the negligence, dishonesty, misconduct, bad faith, wrongful disclosure of confidential information or other act or omissions of any Lenders and you hereby agree to hold MORTGAGERIOT.COM harmless against the same.
